2D Spine Animator Job in Vancouver, BC at DoubleJump –

DoubleJump is searching for a talented 2D Animator to join our creative team. As a 2D animator, you will be working closely with our art team to rig and animate characters, FX, environments, and props. The ideal candidate will have experience matching existing animation styles, and creating game-ready 2D animations within Spine.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Rig and animate characters within Spine

Ensure the consistency of our existing style

Keep an organized and efficient workflow

Collaborate with developers and other artists to solve challenging problems


3+ years of experience in the video game industry

Proficiency in Spine and strong game animations skills

Ability to match the animation style of an existing product

Great sense for quality and acute attention to detail

Ability to work as part of a team

Strong communication skills with the ability to take and deliver constructive feedback

Comfortable in meeting deadlines
