Job Description:
Mass Art is hiring individuals to work as Classroom Coaches for the first year drawing class, Studio for Drawing. This position will rotate between three (3) simultaneous drawing classes, providing support to students struggling with new techniques and acclimation to college learning.
This is a part-time (max of 30hrs per week), on-site, contract position, for the Fall semester of AY22/23, from September 7 – December 18, 2022. There may be possibility of extension through the end of the Spring semester.

Job Duties:
These positions are for the Fall semester (September – December) with a limited possibility to extend through the spring semester.
Required
Qualifications:
* Drawing proficiency.
* A degree in art
* Experience teaching or assisting in art classes
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Experience working with college-aged students
* Experience working with individuals with learning and/or emotional challenges
Working Conditions:
Studio for Drawing is offered Monday – Friday 8:00 – 1:00;
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 1:30 – 6:30; and Wednesday 3:00 – 8:00. We will be hiring several individuals to take on 2 or more shifts, with a maximum of 30 hours/week.
