GRAPHIC DESIGNER | Perth

Experience Required

Min 1-2 years’ experience in Graphic Design at a professional level – footwear or fashion industry experience highly favorable

Photography skills and a strong understanding of lighting

Adobe Creative Suite is essential

Here are some of your key accountabilities:
Product Photography

Photography of all of our products for online selling

Review re-touched photos, edit where required and upload to our website for selling

Create Content

Work closely with our marketing team to create graphics content required across channels. I.e. Create banners for our website, content for our eDMs and social channels and for our online advertisements

Branding

Update key branded assets, such as seasonal shoe boxes and carry bags

Apply branding to accessory packaging

In-Store Marketing

Transform our seasonal campaign imagery into in-store posters

Responsible for seasonal update of in store branded and promotional signage

The successful candidate will have a passion for producing high quality, creative work, in a fast, efficient and friendly manner. Their knowledge and experience in delivering content and design for print and digital applications to deadlines and on-brand will help them excel in this role.

What you’ll need to deliver

Experience working autonomously across the entire design process, from understanding briefs, to managing expectations, to delivery of final products.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines. Both planned and last-minute design requests, with changing daily priorities.

Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage their own workload and work week.

Initiative in applying design concepts, working within brand guidelines, while using creativity to present options before submitting final content.

Certified graphic design qualification, with 1-2 years of graphic design experience. Preferably in fashion.

Confident and proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)

Ability to take on feedback and make changes with a positive attitude

Love of fashion and footwear is desirable

Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Ability to learn processes in a timely manner

High level of typing speed and accuracy

Proactive nature that enjoys being resourceful, self-motivated and confident in the workplace

Ability to work autonomously, and add value to the team’s administrative needs

Team player

Excellent time management skills with a sense of urgency

Experience using task management tools such as Asana, Monday.com or similar
