Work closely with photographers, crew, content creators, and editors to manage and execute in studio and on-location shoots for a variety of clients
Resource and Project Management: assist in managing team bandwidth, vendor resources, and schedules every step in the content production life cycle. With goals to improve workflow efficiencies and ensure we’re utilizing the best talent available for each project.
The Line Producer will continue to streamline the flow of information to establish a unified voice to our client, account, and production partners. This ensures that projects stay organized, on track, and that correspondence funnels through the right channels.
Confirm all details of shoot are covered in pre-production to ensure a smooth shoot
Create and send out production books, tanding details to talent and contributors
Bid, manage, maintain and wrap budgets for projects
Continually cultivate our database of vendors and crew for shoots
Location & Commitments
Full-time hybrid role (2-3 days/week on-site in studio)
Up to 30% travel may be required for projects
Overtime may be required to deliver on client projects and deadlines
